HOW IT WORKS

Keep decisions, content and dates in one place.

01

Give the plan a useful starting point

Confirm what you sell, who you serve and the information readers need. SearchWeave uses that context to organize topics rather than asking you to maintain a queue of prompts.

02

Keep the calendar realistic

See planned articles and their publication dates together. Reschedule when a launch moves or a business detail needs review. Your plan's monthly allowance sets the available article capacity.

03

Publish with a clear policy

Connect WordPress and authorize publishing. Automatic mode is on by default; optional review, pause controls and visible attention states help you manage exceptions.

INSPECT THE OUTPUT

See the plan, article and calendar together.

The existing demo shows the relationship between topics, complete articles and a publishing calendar. It is fictional and does not represent a customer's results.

CONTROL

Know when the workflow needs you.

A publishing calendar is useful only if its states are clear. A ready article, a scheduled article and an item held for attention represent different outcomes. Resolve the reported issue before treating an article as live.

EXISTING PUBLISHED EXAMPLE

A practical scheduling workflow.

Read an existing guide on SearchWeave's own blog. It demonstrates the kind of explanatory content we publish; it is not an independent customer testimonial.

Try Scale

Monthly billing. Monthly article allowance.

Every plan includes research, planning, writing, images, editing, exports and authorized WordPress publishing.

Unused paid articles carry over for one month, up to twice your monthly allowance. Trial articles do not roll over. No automatic overage purchases.

Trial: one site, three articles in seven days from confirmed payment, once per organization. Includes the core workflow. No automatic renewal. Selecting a paid plan only saves your preference.

BEFORE YOU START

Your questions, answered.

Can I review every article before it goes live?

Yes. Select review mode when you want that policy. Automatic publishing is otherwise the default once publishing is authorized.

Can I pause or change the schedule?

Yes. Use the calendar and publishing controls to reschedule or pause planned publication. Check each article's state before making time-sensitive changes.

What happens if WordPress needs attention?

Connection or publishing problems can hold an article for attention. Check the displayed reason and repair the connection or content issue before retrying. A held item is not evidence of a successful publication.

Does automated blogging mean a new article every day?

Not necessarily. Choose a schedule that fits your audience and plan allowance. Consistency and useful coverage matter more than filling every date.

Does the trial renew into a subscription?

No. The trial is three articles over seven days for $1 total in USD, on one site. It starts at confirmed payment and does not automatically renew. Choose a subscription separately if the workflow fits.
