Who provides the service

SearchWeave is provided by FIT Innovations LLC, Florida, United States. Our mailing address is 400 N Tampa St Ste 1550, PMB 194755, Tampa, Florida 33602-4719 US. Contact support@searchweave.ai for questions, billing assistance, complaints or account requests.

These terms describe our business research, content planning, AI generation and publishing service. The customer is the individual or organization purchasing or using the service. Someone acting for an organization must have authority to act for it and to authorize the connected websites, supplied material and instructions. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information processing; these terms do not create additional consent for optional marketing or otherwise expand that processing.

Accounts and authorized users

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Use the service only if you have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement. Organizations are responsible for managing their authorized users and workspace instructions within the permissions SearchWeave provides. An individual user's departure or account closure does not itself erase the organization's shared work.

You are responsible for your authorized use and for taking reasonable steps to secure access. This does not make you automatically responsible for every unauthorized action regardless of its cause or remove our responsibilities under applicable law.

AI content and research

AI output, including text and images, may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or similar to content supplied to others. Research citations and automated checks do not guarantee accuracy, permission to reproduce source material, originality or suitability for regulated claims. Public availability of material does not grant unrestricted copying rights.

You must assess whether content and instructions are appropriate for your audience and obtain any professional review your use requires. Choose review mode if you need to approve each article before delivery. Automatic mode can publish without that individual review. SearchWeave does not provide legal, medical or financial advice or guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or acceptance by a publisher or search engine. These limitations do not cancel features or other express commitments we have agreed to provide.

Website authorization and publication controls

The organization owner controls publishing connections and destinations. Connecting WordPress with authorized credentials verifies access and can select the site's first publishing destination. Selecting or replacing a destination authorizes delivery to that destination according to the site's policy and schedule. You must have permission to grant this access.

Automatic publishing is on by default. In automatic mode, an eligible, completed article may be delivered when due without individual approval. Review mode requires approval of the article revision before delivery, together with the other publishing checks. Review your destination, timezone, schedule, content settings and mode before enabling a working connection.

The first article scheduled during onboarding can become eligible when ready and due once the blog address is saved and WordPress is connected. Where the remaining schedule is held pending setup, the Start publishing confirmation releases that schedule; it is not a universal additional approval gate for the first article.

Pause publishing to stop newly authorized deliveries, or disconnect the integration to withdraw its local access. Work merely waiting in the queue is not a blanket exception to those controls. A request already submitted to WordPress may still complete and require reconciliation. Inspect the destination if the outcome is uncertain. Pause, disconnection, subscription cancellation and account closure do not automatically reverse completed publications. WordPress application-password revocation is managed separately in WordPress.

Connected services

You choose which external services to connect and must comply with their rules and permissions. Their availability can affect SearchWeave. Google Search Console is optional and read-only; property selection, data use and disconnection are described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not broaden Google-data permissions or override applicable Limited Use restrictions. Disconnecting an integration is different from deleting historical information or content already published elsewhere.

Your material, generated content and the platform

You retain the rights you hold in supplied material. You grant FIT and its service providers a limited permission to host, copy, process, transform and transmit that material as necessary to provide SearchWeave and carry out authorized instructions, including publishing to the destination you select. After closure, this permission extends only to permitted retention, security, legal requirements and handling your outstanding requests, consistently with the Privacy Policy.

This permission does not grant unrelated advertising, customer-logo publicity or general-purpose model-training rights. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs, connected sites and instructions.

You may use and export generated text and images subject to law and third-party rights. We do not promise that output is exclusive, noninfringing or eligible for copyright protection. Rights in SearchWeave software, branding, pre-existing materials and third-party material remain with their respective owners. Your plan permits use of the service; it does not transfer ownership of its software or branding.

Acceptable use

Do not use SearchWeave for unlawful or infringing material, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access, deceptive impersonation or fabricated endorsements. Do not circumvent access controls, interfere with other workspaces or supply information you have no right to process. Respect website access restrictions and connected-service rules. Do not use bulk generation for deceptive search manipulation without useful content. Ordinary SEO and legitimate AI-assisted content creation are not prohibited by this restriction.

Trials and purchases

Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled. Before purchase, the offer identifies currency, price, billing period, article and site allowances, and applicable taxes. Keep your order confirmation. Do not treat a displayed trial or plan as activated until payment and access are confirmed.

When offered, the trial provides three articles for one site over seven days beginning at confirmed payment, once per organization. The trial is a separate, non-renewing purchase at the price disclosed in checkout. Unused trial allowance expires with the trial and does not roll over. A paid recurring subscription requires a separate purchase; the trial does not automatically convert into one.

Article allowance

Article allowance is shared across the organization's sites. Adding a site does not multiply it. Allowance is reserved before generation and consumed once when the article completes, rather than when it is published. Ordinary repair or retry of that same article does not count as a second completed article. A failed attempt is not itself a completed article; a reservation may remain while recovery is pending.

Unused paid articles carry into only the next monthly allowance period. Carried allowance is used first and expires at the end of that additional period; it cannot roll forward indefinitely. The total available balance is capped at twice the plan's monthly allowance. For example, a 30-article plan with 10 unused articles has 40 after the next allocation, subject to a maximum total balance of 60. Trial allowance does not follow this rule.

Annual payment covers the annual subscription term but releases article allowance monthly. It does not unlock the year's allowance upfront. Research, planning, images and ordinary editing are part of the included article workflow. Operational safeguards still apply. Do not assume that separately requested full rewrites or repeated media regeneration provide unlimited additional work; any separately offered paid usage must be disclosed and authorized before purchase. SearchWeave does not automatically purchase overages.

Where SearchWeave verifies that its own failure delayed an article, its recovery process preserves an article-specific opportunity to complete that work rather than granting additional general-purpose allowance. Contact support if recovery appears to have consumed allowance twice or if expiring allowance was affected by our failure.

Renewals and plan changes

Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full annual term, even where a monthly equivalent is shown. Upgrades take effect with the prorated charge disclosed for confirmation. Downgrades take effect at renewal and do not silently delete sites. Review the plan-change confirmation for the amount due, effective date, next charge and allowance effect. Existing consumption and reservations are not erased by a plan change.

The purchased order and confirmed plan changes identify your commercial terms; a later edit to a general pricing page does not by itself replace those terms. Material changes remain subject to applicable notice and consent requirements and mandatory rights.

Cancellation, payment problems and refunds

You may request cancellation before renewal; a successful period-end cancellation stops the next renewal while paid service ordinarily continues until the current paid period ends. Cancellation is not an immediate publishing pause. Use publishing controls if you want delivery to stop sooner.

Where payment management is available in Billing, use its hosted payment-management controls and retain the cancellation confirmation. If those controls are unavailable or you cannot access the account, contact support@searchweave.ai for cancellation assistance and confirmation of the effective date. We do not describe a payment-provider redirect as proof that cancellation has completed.

Failed renewal payments may pause generation and publishing. Update payment details through the available payment-management controls or contact support. Cancellation or nonpayment does not itself delete previously saved content. Reading and export of retained content remain subject to authorized workspace access and any necessary security or legal restrictions; they are not a promise of indefinite storage. Contact support before closing a workspace if you need copies.

Refund requests, including duplicate, erroneous or suspected unauthorized charges, should be sent to support@searchweave.ai with enough information to identify the transaction. We may verify the request and review it individually. Cancellation alone does not establish the refund amount. Mandatory refund, withdrawal and other nonwaivable rights, and any specific refund promise included in your purchase, take precedence. These terms do not declare all payments nonrefundable.

Closure, deletion and published content

Subscription cancellation, individual account closure, organization deletion, integration disconnection and personal-data deletion are different actions. Contact support to identify the intended scope and obtain confirmation of both billing and data handling. Closing one user's account does not necessarily delete shared organization content or cancel its subscription. If closure prevents access to billing controls, support remains the cancellation contact.

Retention and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy. Content already delivered to WordPress remains on that website unless separately removed there. Maintain copies important to your business; database backups are not a substitute for your own copy or a guarantee of restoring every uploaded file.

Availability and access restrictions

Maintenance, provider outages and technical failures can interrupt the service. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements or violations of these terms. Contact support to seek review or restoration and to discuss access to retained content. Export may be restricted where needed to protect a compromised account or comply with law. Nothing here promises uninterrupted availability or removes an express service commitment or a duty imposed by law.

Applicable rights, revisions and contact

FIT Innovations LLC operates from Florida, United States. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other rights applicable to you remain protected. These terms do not require arbitration or a class-action waiver. Florida incorporation alone does not remove rights that apply in another jurisdiction.

We identify revisions on the terms page and provide notice of material changes where required. Any additional agreement or renewed consent required by law must be obtained; simply posting a change does not override those requirements. Contact support@searchweave.ai for questions or complaints.
